The position demands close collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with organizational objectives and to foster an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.Role:DevOps Engineer with Java skills responsible for improving operational stability, reliability, and incident management of APAC algorithmic trading systems within the agency trading technology environment.Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Lead and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and project contributions.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of software solutions.- Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to increase efficiency and product quality.Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- Good To Have Skills:Experience with Java Standard Edition.- Strong knowledge of cloud-based development and deployment practices.- Ability to design scalable and maintainable software architectures.- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.- Familiarity with version control systems and automated testing frameworks.Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.- This position is based at our Pune office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification
