Job Description

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your role will involve using modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. On a typical day, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and work towards aligning the software solutions with project goals. You are expected to be subject matter expert (SME) within the team, make team decisions, and engage in problem-solving activities to contribute to the success of the organization. Additionally, you will be mentoring junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Professional & Technical Skills required for this role include proficiency in Apache Spark, a strong understanding of distributed computing principles and frameworks, experience with data processing and transformation using Apache Spark, familiarity with cloud platforms supporting Apache Spark, and the ability to write efficient and optimized code for data processing tasks. Candidates for this position should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Apache Spark. This role is based at our Pune office and requires a minimum of 15 years of full-time education.,
