- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.Professional & Technical Skills:

Proficiency in AWS Administration.- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment automation.- Strong knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices within cloud environments.- Ability to monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize cloud resources for performance and cost efficiency.- Familiarity with scripting languages to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.- Understanding of containerization and orchestration technologies to support scalable application deployment.Additional Information:
