- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the development team to enhance productivity and code quality.- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions to optimize performance and maintainability.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.- Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.- In-depth knowledge of back-end development including server-side programming and database management.- Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.- Experience working within agile development environments and using version control systems.- Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize complex software applications.Additional Information:
