• Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
• Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
• Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective software designs.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable software architectures.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between financial systems.
