As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements by continuously refining and enhancing software performance and functionality, contributing to the overall success of projects and organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.- Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.- Document software designs, processes, and updates to ensure clear communication within the team.- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:- Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).- Experience with integrating SIEM solutions into complex IT environments.- Strong understanding of security event analysis and incident response workflows.- Ability to customize and optimize SIEM tools to meet organizational security requirements.- Familiarity with log management, correlation rules, and alerting mechanisms within SIEM platforms.- Knowledge of network security principles and threat detection techniques.Additional Information:- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM).- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.- A 15 years full time education is required.Qualification15 years full time education
