- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes.- Document software designs, processes, and code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing.- Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills:
