You are looking to hire a Community Relations Associate for your Platinum Partner, with the mode of work being remote and full-time. Freshers who have a passion for community relations are encouraged to apply. As a Community Relations Associate, you will collaborate with the Community Relations Team to nurture Global People Operations Communities of Practice. Your responsibilities will include fostering growth through active participation and engagement, engaging in one-to-one and group video conversations with regional and international community leaders, as well as facilitating community meetings. Additionally, you will be in charge of organizing and hosting webinars, conferences, and other learning sessions on a global scale. To excel in this role, you must possess confident and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should have strong relationship-building capabilities and a genuine passion for networking with people. A strong flair for learning agility is essential, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. Your analytical skills and logical approach to decision-making will be crucial. You should be able to devise innovative solutions to enhance community participation and engagement, build community engagement on social media platforms and open forums/channels, design marketing collaterals and campaigns, and be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite. Keeping abreast of emerging community practices and being willing to collaborate on new projects with the leadership team are also key aspects of the role. Furthermore, you should be flexible to provide support during the morning hours of the USA Eastern Time. Qualifications required for this position include a Diploma, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.
