Worst. They don't have customer number which is disgusting. For any small issue we need to send mail and then wait for 24 to 48 hours and then also response is such that you need to send mail again and again. This is there tactics so that customer will get fade up and stop the conversation and they will be freed.

Sorry to say, but such a big company DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER CARE CONTACT NUMBER. For all querries one needs to write an email to them and then wait for them to reply. sometimes they dont reply at all for 2-3 days. the people at the gym …
