Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end procurement for all interior fit-out projects Develop & maintain a strong vendor base for: Vendor finalization: Techno-commercial evaluation Rate analysis & comparisons Negotiation & final approvals Prepare & manage: Rate contracts Long-term vendor agreements Coordinate closely with: QS for BOQs & budgets Project teams for site requirements Stores for material planning Ensure: Timely material availability at site Correct specifications & quality Cost adherence to approved budgets Drive cost optimization & value engineering Track procurement MIS: Purchase orders Delivery schedules Vendor performance Resolve procurement-related site issues Support management with procurement strategy & market intelligence Preferred Profile Education Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Architecture / Construction Management Experience 8+ years of hands-on procurement experience in construction / interior / design & build projects Proven experience handling end-to-end procurement Strong exposure to contracts, vendor finalization, negotiations, and cost control Experience working closely with QS, project teams, and site stores Technical & Functional Skills Strong understanding of interior, MEP, and project-related materials Ability to read and interpret BOQs, specifications, and drawings Sound knowledge of market rates, vendor capabilities, and material lead times Proficient in Excel, Procurement systems Behavioral & Leadership Skills Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills Cost-conscious with a value-engineering mindset Strong coordination and follow-up abilities Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment Professional communication and stakeholder management skills
