We deliver Business Development-as-a-Service (BDaaS), Marketing-as-a-Service (MaaS), ecosystem partnerships, community growth, and token support. Our clients span DeFi, Layer 1/2s, GameFi, infrastructure, and more from early-stage projects to post-launch protocols. Role Overview We are seeking a driven and well-connected Business Development Intern focused on lead generation in the Web3 ecosystem. This role is ideal for hustlers, freelancers, and ecosystem connectors who thrive on performance and want to earn directly from the deals they bring in. Responsibilities Identify, source, and connect with potential Web3 clients (protocols, dApps, token launches, infra projects, etc.). Drive outbound outreach via Telegram, Discord, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter). Pitch ARC3’s offerings: BDaaS, MaaS, exchange listings, OTC services, and more. Qualify leads to ensure alignment with ARC3’s services. Coordinate client handoff and closing with ARC3’s core team. Maintain basic reporting and lead tracking for transparency. Requirements Strong understanding of Web3 ecosystems: DeFi, Layer 1/2s, GameFi, NFTs, infrastructure. Prior experience in BD, partnerships, or community building. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Highly proactive, self-driven, and motivated by performance. Ability to work remotely and independently. Compensation & Incentives Commission: 10% commission on every closed deal via your lead. 40% commission on your first closed deal within 30 days. 5 client closures/month → extra $500 bonus.
