CTO - Blockchain Architect

As a Blockchain Architect at Wipro Limited, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading the build-out of the Stablecoin and Tokenization platform, as well as crypto trading capabilities. Your responsibilities will include: - **Platform & Protocol Architecture**: - Own end-to-end architecture for stablecoin issuance, treasury, and lifecycle. - Select and justify chains/L2s and interoperability approaches. - Define smart contract patterns, token standards, and event schemas. - **Stablecoin/Tokenization Design & Treasury**: - Design reserve backing model and proof-of-reserves workflows. - Integrate oracles with antimanipulation controls. - Build treasury operations including issuance/redemption flows and settlement windows. - **Trading, Liquidity & Market Connectivity**: - Architect connectivity to exchanges, DEXs, and liquidity providers. - Design Smart Order Routing, execution policies, and data pipelines. - **Security, Custody & Key Management**: - Lead wallet architecture and key ceremonies. - Mandate secure SDLC and incident response plans. - **Compliance, Risk & Controls**: - Embed KYC/AML, sanctions screening, and transaction risk scoring. - Align with applicable frameworks and design auditability. - **Interoperability & Bridges**: - Evaluate IBC, generalized messaging, and bridge options. - Define patterns for cross-chain mints/burns and exit strategies. - **Reliability, Observability & DevOps**: - Establish SLOs/SLIs and set up observability. - Implement CI/CD for contracts and infra, and infra as code. - **Leadership & Collaboration**: - Partner with various teams to roadmap delivery and mentor engineers. Qualifications: - 12-15+ years in software engineering with 4-6+ years building blockchain systems. - Hands-on experience in Solidity and/or Rust, with knowledge of token standards. - Proven architecture of stablecoin/tokenization components or trading systems. - Strong grasp of custody, wallet segregation, and key lifecycle management. - Security-first mindset and experience with cloud and blockchain analytics tooling. Nice to Have: - Experience with interoperability and rollups. - Knowledge of market microstructure and gas strategies. - Relevant certifications are a plus.
