We are currently seeking a CTO & Co-founder to lead the AI product development, drive innovation, and build a robust tech ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include architecting and developing AI-driven marketing solutions from the ground up, leading the Tech Roadmap, building and scaling a future-ready product portfolio, hiring and mentoring a world-class tech team, working closely with the Founder on strategy, execution, and market growth. This role offers you ownership in the company and the products you create. As a Co-founder, you will have equity stakes in the company and AI product ventures, the freedom to build and innovate according to your vision and leadership, and no investment needed as your expertise is the value. This position also presents massive growth potential as you will be part of a founding team shaping the future. We are looking for AI & ML Enthusiasts with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications, Tech Architects & Innovators who can take an idea from concept to execution, Startup Mindset Professionals who thrive in high-energy, high-impact environments, and experts in Python, TensorFlow, NLP, Gen AI, MLOps, or related fields. Please note that this is a co-founder role, and there is no fixed salary in the first few months until the MVP launch. However, you will receive equity in both the company and the product you build.
