Senior Sales Executive bengaluru 3 - 5 years INR 5.0 - 9.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Position : Senior Sales Executive Industry : Automotive/ Electronics Employment Type : Full-Time Key Responsibilities : Develop and manage B2B sales of Third-Party Inspection (TPI) services for automotive clients. Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business relationships. Meet OEMs, Tier 1 & Tier 2 suppliers to pitch inspection and quality services. Prepare proposals, quotations, and respond to tenders/RFQs. Collaborate with operations and technical teams for client onboarding and service execution. Monitor market trends, competition, and customer requirements. Ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets. Maintain regular MIS and reporting to the regional head. Required Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business. Min 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in automotive/engineering services. Prior experience in Third-Party Inspection or Quality Services is a strong advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Must be self-driven with the ability to work independently in assigned regions. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools. Should be fluent in English/ Kannada. Knowledge of Tamil and Hindi will be an added advantage.
