Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Article Trainee located in Chinna Salem. The Article Trainee will be responsible for assisting with financial data preparation, conducting audits, preparing reports, and supporting various banking operations. The position involves collaborating with senior team members, gaining practical experience, and learning about various banking and financial tasks. Qualifications Knowledge of Accounting, Auditing, and Financial Reporting Good understanding of Banking operations and Compliance Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience in a similar role is a plus
