Key Responsiblities: Prepare and organize technical, commercial, and compliance documents. Coordinate with internal teams for document updates (GST, PAN, MSME, etc.). Ensure timely and error-free submission of tender documents. Review and process incoming Purchase Orders. Coordinate production or stock availability for confirmed orders. Communicate lead times and delivery updates to clients. Generate invoices, packing lists, and dispatch-related documents. Handle logistics coordination for timely dispatch of goods. Share dispatch status and tracking info with clients. Respond to client queries via email, phone, or portal. Provide both pre-sale and post-sale client support. Follow up with internal teams to resolve client issues. Identify new potential clients and government buyers. Build and maintain a lead database with regular follow-ups. Assist in product promotions and business development activities.
