Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Analyst based on Madurai. The Senior Business Analyst will work closely with stakeholders and clients to gather, analyze, and interpret business requirements. Responsibilities include developing business processes, identifying problems, recommending solutions, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The role demands collaboration with cross-functional teams to support project execution and system improvements, emphasizing efficient communication and analytical rigor. Qualifications Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Requirements Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in optimizing Business Processes Exceptional Communication abilities for stakeholder engagement and collaboration Experience in tools and methods for process documentation and improvement Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments Advanced degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field is a plus Relevant experience in blockchain, Web3, or fintech industries is advantageous
