CRM Manager – Real Estate | Jaywant Group

Location: Pune
Experience: 5–8 YearsQualification: Graduate / MBA

Role: Manage customer relationships, post-sales services, and CRM operations for real estate projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and complaints.
  • Manage bookings, documentation, and customer records.
  • Coordinate possession and handover activities.
  • Follow up on payments and outstanding dues.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • Experience in Real Estate CRM.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel.
