Job Description: Assistant Manager - CRM (Real Estate)Key Highlights

Key Responsibilities

• Collection & Demand Management: Track construction-linked payment schedules, issue timely demand letters, and conduct assertive follow-ups to maximize outstanding collections.
• Bank & Loan Coordination: Guide customers through the home loan process, coordinating closely with financial institutions for smooth loan sanctions and timely disbursements.
• Registration & Documentation: Manage end-to-end registration file workflows, coordinate agreement execution, and ensure compliance with registration timelines.
• Customer Support & Grievance Handling: Act as the primary point of contact for customer queries, resolving issues regarding accounts, property modifications, or timelines professionally.
• Possession & Handover Support: Prepare final demand sheets, verify possession readiness documentation, and facilitate smooth property handovers to clients.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Collection %: Achievement of monthly and quarterly collection targets.
• Registration TAT: Minimizing the Turnaround Time (TAT) from booking to formal agreement registration.
• Customer Satisfaction: Maintaining high customer satisfaction scores through efficient query resolution.
• Zero-Error Documentation: Ensuring 100% accuracy in customer records, receipts, and legal agreements.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Industry Experience: 6–8 years of experience strictly within Real Estate CRM operations.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate payment plans, banking processes, legal documentation, and basic RERA guidelines.
• Skills: Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship-management skills.
• Languages: Professional fluency in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a major advantage.
• Joining Availability: Ready to join immediately or within a maximum of 7–15 days.
