Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented CRM & Banking Manager for our real estate organization. The candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships, banking operations related to property transactions, home loan coordination, payment tracking, customer documentation, and coordination with banks, financial institutions, sales, accounts, and legal teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Handle customer queries, complaints, requests, and escalations related to property transactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Possession teams for smooth customer service.
- Monitor customer payment schedules, outstanding dues, and follow-ups.
- Ensure timely issuance of demand letters, payment reminders, receipts, and other customer-related documents.
- Maintain accurate customer records and transaction details in the CRM/ERP system.
- Prepare MIS reports related to bookings, collections, customer complaints, and pending cases.
2. Banking Operations
- Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for customer home loans and property funding.
- Manage relationships with banking partners, financial institutions, and loan processing teams.
- Facilitate home loan applications, sanction letters, disbursement, and related documentation.
- Coordinate with customers and banks to resolve loan-related queries and documentation issues.
- Track loan disbursements against customer demands and payment milestones.
- Ensure timely follow-up on pending loan approvals and disbursements.
- Coordinate with the Accounts and Finance teams for payment reconciliation and collection updates.
- Maintain bank-wise MIS reports for loan applications, sanctions, disbursements, and pending cases.
- Support documentation required for bank empanelment, project approvals, and property-related loan processes.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Finance, Marketing, or a related field will be preferred.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience in CRM and banking operations, preferably with a real estate developer.
- Strong knowledge of real estate customer lifecycle management and home loan processes.
- Experience in handling banks, financial institutions, loan disbursements, and customer collections.
- Working knowledge of CRM/ERP software; Farvision experience will be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, team management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and documentation management.
Preferred Candidate: Candidates currently working with real estate developers who have experience managing both CRM operations and banking/home loan coordination.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
