🧹 सफाई कर्मचारी (Sweeper) – अस्पताल में जिम्मेदारियाँ झाड़ू-पोछा और धूल सफाई: ओपीडी, आईपीडी, मरीज वार्ड, डॉक्टर के केबिन, वॉशरूम और कॉरिडोर की नियमित सफाई। कचरा हटाना: हर शिफ्ट में डस्टबिन खाली करना और अस्पताल के नियम अनुसार कचरा तय स्थान पर फेंकना। बाथरूम सफाई: मरीज और स्टाफ टॉयलेट की सफाई, सैनिटाइज़ करना और जरूरी सामग्री (जैसे phenyl, handwash) भरवाना। बिस्तर और वार्ड की सफाई: मरीज के बेड के आसपास का क्षेत्र, दीवार, खिड़की, टेबल आदि की सफाई करना। सफाई सामग्री की देखरेख: फिनाइल, झाड़ू, पोछा, डस्टर, ग्लव्स आदि की उपलब्धता चेक करना और खत्म होने पर सूचना देना। रिपेयर रिपोर्ट करना: यदि किसी नल, लाइट या दरवाज़े में कोई खराबी हो तो तुरंत सुपरवाइजर को बताना। सुरक्षा नियमों का पालन: सभी सफाई कार्यों में मास्क, ग्लव्स पहनना और संक्रमण से बचाव के नियमों का पालन करना। 🧑⚕️ वार्ड हेल्पर – मरीज की सहायता: मरीजों को समय पर खाना पहुंचाना, खोलने में मदद करना और खाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना। छोटी देखभाल सेवाएं: नर्स के निर्देश पर मरीज को पानी देना, टूथब्रश करवाना, सामान पकड़वाना आदि। मरीज से संवाद: मरीजों से विनम्रता से बात करना, उन्हें अकेलापन महसूस न होने देना। स्थिति की जानकारी देना: अगर मरीज की तबीयत या व्यवहार में कोई बदलाव दिखे तो तुरंत नर्स या डॉक्टर को बताना। वार्ड में सफाई बनाए रखना: मरीज के आसपास का एरिया, टेबल, गिलास, स्टूल आदि को साफ रखना। स्टाफ के निर्देशों का पालन: डॉक्टर, नर्स या वार्ड इंचार्ज द्वारा दिए गए निर्देशों को ध्यान से समझकर पूरा करना।

Register patients for OPD consultations, admissions, and other services as per hospital protocol. Complete all formalities related to patient registration and admission. Guide and assist patients as per their needs. Answer phone calls and address patient inquiries. Keep the immediate supervisor informed about activities, challenges, and potential issues, while recommending corrective actions. Assist in making necessary arrangements related to patient care.
