Role OverviewWe are looking for a driven and result-oriented Business Development Executive who will be responsible for lead generation, prospect engagement, and revenue pipeline creation for Creware’s technology services and SaaS products. This role is focused on identifying high-intent prospects, initiating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and consistently feeding the sales pipeline with quality leads. Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate qualified leads for web, mobile, SaaS, and custom software development services Identify and connect with founders, CXOs, and decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, cold outreach, and other channels Understand client requirements and qualify prospects based on budget, timeline, and scope Schedule discovery calls and handover qualified leads to the sales/solution team Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead and follow-up data Track lead performance, conversion ratios, and pipeline growth Build and maintain long-term prospect relationships Continuously improve outreach strategies and messaging Key Skills & Requirements1+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or business development (IT / SaaS preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email tools, CRM systems Ability to identify business pain points and position technology solutions Result-driven, disciplined, and consistent in outreach activity Comfortable working with targets and performance metrics Performance Metrics (KPIs)Number of qualified leads generated per month Discovery calls scheduled Lead-to-opportunity conversion rate Revenue influenced Follow-up discipline and CRM hygiene What We OfferFixed salary + performance-based incentives Clear growth path into sales and account management roles Exposure to global clients and technology projects High-performance culture with learning opportunities
