You should have 2 to 4 years of experience with the following core skills: - Hands-on experience in developing and unit testing applications on Microsoft ASP.NET MVC and C#. - Proficiency in concepts such as AJAX, XML, and JSON. - Experience in writing data access code using Microsoft Entity Framework. - Strong knowledge in OOPS and coding best practices. - Experience with version control tools (SVN/TFS/GIT). - Ability to understand project requirements and prepare technical specifications. - Analyze requirements and proactively flag issues. - Write high-quality code based on requirements, design, and technical specifications efficiently. - Unit test code outputs and address defects promptly. - Demonstrate a willingness to learn and continuously upgrade on technology and processes. - Excellent English communication, analytical skills, and interpersonal skills.
