Role Overview: We’re looking for a high-performing B2B Sales Head to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is someone with prior experience in B2B SaaS or tech sales, who can confidently handle the end-to-end sales cycle—from cold calling to demo to closure. Prior experience selling to Manufacturing or Educational Institutions is a strong plus. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, LinkedIn, emails, and referrals. ● Conduct product demos tailored to client pain points and showcase ROI of Cregx. ● Drive consultative selling—understanding client use cases and positioning solutions. ● Manage and nurture a sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly targets. ● Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide client feedback. ● Maintain clean CRM hygiene and follow-up discipline for deal closures. Ideal Candidate Profile: ● 2–4 years of proven B2B sales experience (preferably SaaS/tech-enabled solutions). ● Prior experience in Manufacturing or Education domains is preferred. ● Strong communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. ● Confident in conducting online and in-person product demonstrations. ● Results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
