Role Overview As an Associate at CreedCap, you will be a core member of our deal execution and advisory team, working directly with senior leadership on live transactions and founder engagements. Key Responsibilities - Support research, financial analysis, valuation, investor relations and due diligence for M&A, private equity, and venture capital transactions. - Assist in deal execution, including transaction structuring, preparation of key documentation (e.g., SHA, SPA), and coordination of closing processes. - Conduct market research, competitive benchmarking, and industry deep dives to inform investment theses and founder recommendations. - Prepare investment memorandam, pitch books, and client presentations that clearly articulate insights and strategic rationale. - Collaborate with senior team members on portfolio monitoring, investor relations, and exit strategy evaluation - Engage with founders, investors, legal counsel, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless transaction workflows. Qualifications & Experience - Chartered Accountant (CA), CFA Level 1, or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 1+ years of experience in investment banking, boutique advisory, micro-VC, or related fields such as M&A tax, valuations, or transaction due diligence. - Strong proficiency in financial modeling techniques including DCF, LBO, and comparable company analysis. - High level understanding of deal documentation and transaction processes (SHA, SPA). - Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial statements and assess risk. - Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a high level of professionalism with ability to reach out and interact with new investors day to day. - Preference for candidates based in Bengaluru or willing to relocate.
