We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Business Development Manager with a strong background in network and cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in engaging with key decision-makers, delivering compelling presentations, and managing the sales pipeline effectively. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities in cybersecurity, including network security, endpoint security, cloud security, threat intelligence, and related solutions. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, industry events, and referrals, ensuring a steady pipeline of prospects. Lead engaging sales presentations, product demos, and solution discussions with potential clients, showcasing the value of our cybersecurity offerings. Respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and create persuasive, customized proposals to secure new business. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers (CISOs, IT Heads, CTOs, CIOs) to foster trust and maximize business opportunities. Conduct ongoing account management activities to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through strategic partnerships. Provide post-sales support and solutions to address client challenges and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Market & Industry Analysis: Stay current with the latest cybersecurity trends, emerging threats, and industry innovations, ensuring that our offerings remain competitive. Identify key industry shifts and act swiftly to adapt sales strategies in response to evolving market conditions. Collaboration & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and progress reports for senior management, ensuring transparent communication and alignment with company goals. Represent the company at industry events such as cybersecurity conferences, trade shows, and networking meetups to increase brand visibility and establish industry connections. Education Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development within the cybersecurity or IT solutions industry. Proven experience in selling cybersecurity solutions to enterprise clients, mid-market companies, and new-age companies. Technical & Sales Skills Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including but not limited to firewalls, endpoint security, SIEM, SOC, identity & access management, cloud security, and threat intelligence. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in the cybersecurity or IT space. Ability to communicate complex cybersecurity concepts in simple, business-focused terms for non-technical stakeholders. Expertise in sales processes, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools. Soft Skills Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with C-level executives. We are seeking a seasoned Senior Network and Security Architect to lead the design, implementation, and management of network and security infrastructures of our customers. The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of network protocols, security frameworks, and emerging cyber threats, ensuring the integrity and strengthening the security posture of our customers’ IT setup. Key Responsibilities Network Architecture Design: Develop and implement scalable network architectures that support business objectives. Ensure high availability and redundancy across all network systems. Security Framework Implementation: Design and enforce security policies and procedures to safeguard network infrastructures.
