They fail to auto-debit and then charge you 450rs extra for late payment. Theres no option to foreclose loan either.

Worst Customer service Ever, I have try to reach out through call and mail as well there's no response from the other end. Even I have sufficient balance in my account but they are not debiting the amount.... Highly not recommended
