Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed financial models, pitch books, and valuation analyses.
  • Support deal origination, investor outreach, and client presentations.
  • Conduct due diligence, industry benchmarking, and peer comparison.
  • Coordinate with lenders, investors, and internal stakeholders for transaction execution.
  • Assist in structuring transactions and preparing term sheets, IMs, and proposals.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong understanding of finance, valuation, and deal execution.
  • Excellent command over Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple projects.
