Company - Manufacturer of Electrical & Industrial Power Electronics , Thane

• Role & Reporting: Manager (Treasury & Banking Relations) based in Thane, reporting directly to the CFO

• Core Focus: Manage bank loans, working capital limits, and CMA data to ensure smooth company funding ahead of deadlines.

• Trade & Operations: Issue and control Letters of Credit (LCs) and Bank Guarantees (BGs), while overseeing daily cash flow across locations.

• Compliance & Risk: Handle foreign exchange hedging and strict RBI/FEMA trade compliance (IDPMS/EDPMS).

• Ideal Profile: Requires 58 years of experience in corporate treasury or corporate banking with credit analyst background and a CA, CMA, or MBA Finance degree.
