The role involves accurately entering, managing, and updating data in our systems, maintaining organized records, and assisting with other administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities: Accurately input and update data into company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM systems. Review and verify the accuracy of data before entering it. Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems. Assist in generating basic reports and summaries as needed. Support the administrative team in day-to-day office tasks. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Communicate with internal teams to gather or clarify information. Ensure data integrity and perform routine data cleanup where necessary. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Administration or related fields are a plus. Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace; experience with data entry software or CRMs is a plus. Good organizational and time management skills.
