Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Associate located in Dehradun. The Real Estate Associate will manage day-to-day tasks including negotiating leases, handling commercial real estate transactions, and supporting real estate development projects. The role requires working closely with clients and other team members to ensure successful project completions and excellent client service. Qualifications Experience with Leases and Real Estate Transactions Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate and Real Estate Development Strong understanding of general Real Estate principles and practices Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
