About the Company CreativeShift is a Mumbai-based influencer marketing agency that specializes in strategy-led campaigns, connecting brands with the right audiences through impactful influencer collaborations. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: • Handle bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records • Prepare invoices and manage accounts receivable/payable • Manage GST filings, TDS, and compliance • Prepare monthly reports and assist in budgeting • Coordinate with CA and external partners for audits and compliances • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments • Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements Qualifications: • Proven experience as an Accountant (minimum 2-3 years preferred) • Strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and accounting principles • Familiarity with GST, TDS, and statutory compliances • Good organizational and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field (B.Com, M.Com, CA Inter, etc.) • Experience working with agencies or service-based companies is a plus
