Creative Manager Urgent requirement

We are looking for a *Creative Manager* to head a small in-house team of graphic designers, video editors, and social media professionals, driving creative direction across a diverse portfolio of businesses and projects

Profile :

• Large-Scale B2B Events & Exhibitions:* Event branding, campaigns, exhibition experiences, spatial graphics, and visual storytelling.
• *Real Estate & Architecture:* Project branding, architectural presentations, spatial concepts, signage, and design coordination.
• *Brand Identity & Strategy:* Building and evolving brands across multiple industries.
• *Packaging & Product Design:* Premium packaging, product presentation, and visual identities.
• *Digital & Social Media:* Creative campaigns, video content, digital storytelling, and marketing assets.

Skill :

• Adobe Photoshop:* Image editing, retouching, creative compositions, and marketing visuals.
• *Adobe Illustrator:* Vector graphics, logos, brand identities, packaging, and print designs.
• *Adobe InDesign:* Brochures, magazines, catalogues, and corporate publications.
• *Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects:* Video editing, motion graphics, animations, and creative direction for video production.
• *Figma:* Digital layouts, design systems, and collaborative design workflows.

Additional Skill :

- *SketchUp / AutoCAD / Rhino:* 3D concepts, spatial planning, exhibition layouts, and architectural visualization.

- *Blender / 3ds Max:* 3D modelling, product visualization, and creative renders.

- *V-Ray / Enscape / Lumion / Twinmotion:* Architectural and spatial rendering.

- *AI Creative Tools:* Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, and other generative AI tools for creative ideation and production.

Desirable :

• Strong aesthetic sensibility and the ability to think beyond conventional graphic design.
• *37+ years of relevant experience*, preferably including team leadership.
• Experience managing a multidisciplinary team of designers, video editors, and digital creatives.
• Ability to translate ideas into impactful designs across physical spaces, print, digital, and video.
• Strong understanding of branding, typography, layouts, materials, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, maintain design consistency, and meet tight deadlines.
• Preferably a graduate of a *top-tier design or architecture institute* such as NIFT, NID, CEPT, SPA, Srishti, or equivalent.
• Background in *Architecture, Communication Design, Visual Design, or Spatial Design* preferred.
• A strong and diverse portfolio is essential.
