Creative Lead- Digital Marketing

As a Creative Advertising Specialist at ShareChat, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing creative strategies for performance advertising campaigns across various media channels. You will collaborate with a team of designers, copywriters, and marketing professionals to produce high-quality content. Your responsibilities will include managing the Ad and creative production process from conceptualization to deliverables, ensuring consistency and quality. It will be essential to stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative advertising techniques. You will also be tasked with managing budgets and timelines efficiently, presenting creative concepts and campaign strategies to clients and executive leadership, and monitoring campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments for optimization. Additionally, you will need to optimize marketing campaigns with respect to installs and deep-funnel events, leveraging performance marketing data to build creative strategies and conceptualizing A/B test campaigns for ad performance optimization. Qualifications required for this role: - 4-6 years of experience in Creative Advertising and Ad Production. - Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects like content/script writing, photography, video production, etc. - Graduated from IITs/IIMs is preferred. - Preference given to candidates with experience in organizing college festivals, club activities, etc. - Industry experience in Advertising, Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video Production. - Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. - Basic knowledge of sound editing and audio mixing for video production. - Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools like Adobe After Effects, Blender, or similar. - Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities. - Experience with digital content production, social media marketing, print, TV, or multimedia advertising.
