Creative Graphic Designer

We’re Hiring: Creative Graphic Designer!

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3–4 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, a good understanding of branding and visual communication, and the ability to create engaging designs for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials.

The candidate should be creative, proactive, and capable of translating marketing requirements into visually appealing and effective designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design engaging social media creatives, posts, banners, carousels, and promotional graphics.
• Create marketing collaterals for exhibitions, events, campaigns, and brand promotions.
• Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, magazine layouts, advertisements, and other print materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual content in line with brand guidelines.
• Create designs for websites, emailers, digital campaigns, and other marketing communications.
• Work closely with the marketing and social media teams to understand creative requirements and deliver designs on time.
• Resize and adapt creatives for different digital platforms and formats.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining design quality.
• Stay updated with the latest graphic design trends, tools, and creative techniques.

Experience & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in graphic design or a similar creative role.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong portfolio showcasing social media designs, branding, marketing creatives, and print designs.
• Experience in designing promotional materials for exhibitions, events, or B2B brands will be an advantage.

Skills & Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign.
• Working knowledge of Canva and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour combinations, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to develop creative concepts and convert briefs into effective visual designs.
• Knowledge of digital and print design requirements.
• Good communication, time-management, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with the team.
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
