Key Responsibilities: The role is primary responsible to lease out the available space the H&I category to create this property as home destination. Also responsible for other categories into leasing such as Co working, F&B, Entertainment and commercial. Accountabilities: Leasing/Space selling for various categories viz H&I, Co working, Entertainment, F&B, commercial. Building Tenant/Brand relationships/Satisfaction Generating Revenue vide kiosks, sponsorships and barter deals. To co-ordinate design and fit out commencement Assist in negotiating lease terms and conditions with prospective and existing tenants. Prepare and review lease agreements, ensuring compliance with mall policies and legal standards. Collaborate with legal counsel to finalize lease terms and conditions and resolve any lease related disputes. Maintain accurate records of all leasing activities and transactions. Prepare regular reports on leasing status and occupancy rates. Ensure all leasing documentation is complete and up to date. Co-ordinate tenants move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions. Work with the operations team to address tenant issues and concerns. Ensure tenants comply with mall policies and procedures. Tracking MOM n YTD Store sales of tenants. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field. 4–5 years of experience in leasing, property management, or commercial real estate. Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Knowledge of lease agreements, mall policies, and legal compliance.
