Role Description This is a full-time role for a Head of International Sales , based in India with potential travel requirements. The role involves developing and executing international sales strategies, establishing strong relationships with global partners, entering new markets, and driving revenue across regions such as the UAE, USA, and Australia. The candidate will also be responsible for shaping GTM strategies, identifying partnership opportunities, and ensuring consistent sales performance. Additionally, the role includes leading and mentoring a high-performing sales team, understanding international customer behavior, and ensuring alignment with market trends and compliance standards. Qualifications Proven experience in International Sales, preferably within EdTech, SaaS, or consumer-focused technology sectors Strong understanding of global education markets, sales cycles, and international trade practices Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, sales forecasting, and market expansion Ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders across regions Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, or related fields Prior leadership experience managing cross-border sales operations Willingness to travel for international business development and market growth initiatives Compensation: Rs.15–25 LPA (based on experience)
