Job description :- We are looking for a seasoned Accounts Head to manage the finance and accounts function for a big group. The role involves complete ownership of accounting, costing, taxation, compliance, and financial control. Key Responsibilities: Lead accounting, financial reporting, and book finalization. Manage product costing, budgeting, and variance analysis. Ensure timely GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances. Handle audits, assessments, and coordination with statutory authorities. Oversee fund management, and banking operations. Maintain internal controls, SOPs, and ERP systems. Supervise inventory valuation, cost control, and stock reconciliation. Provide management with financial insights for cost reduction and profitability. Lead and mentor the accounts team for accuracy and timely reporting.
