Job Description

Required Customer Relationship Executive who can work for Automobile Industry for sales and services.

  • To be responsible for making outbound calls on a daily basis using data provided.
  • Following-up with customers for car services.
  • Providing information to customers as & when required.
  • Taking Feedback with customers.
  • Managing and scheduling appointments for procedures
  • Handling Customers & their complaints
  • Resolves customer complaints
  • Maintain Data.
  • To convert the calls to new business leads.
  • To achieve agreed personal and departmental targets captured from calling data provided.
  • To inform potential client's on the company’s products and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
