Qualifications Proficiency in crafting techniques such as woodworking, metalworking, pottery, or textile arts Experience in design and creativity, with an eye for detail and aesthetic appeal Strong manual dexterity and the ability to work with precision Project management skills, including time management and meeting deadlines Ability to collaborate in a team environment and communicate effectively Adaptability to incorporate customer preferences or feedback into designs Bachelor's degree or diploma in Arts, Design, or related creative fields is a plus Prior experience in a similar role or with relevant crafting projects is desirable
