Key Responsibilities Conduct fabric and trim inspection before bulk production. Perform inline checks to monitor stitching quality, seam performance, elastic tension, and component accuracy. Compare bulk production with approved Pre-Production Sample and Salesman Sample. Verify measurements and ensure garments meet technical specs. Assist in fit sessions and record fit comments. Inspect final packed goods for packaging accuracy, labeling, barcodes, and presentation. Maintain defect logs and prepare daily quality reports.
