Job Title: Embedded Software Engineer Experience: ~1 Year (Embedded software development) Location: Ghaziabad / Countronics facilities Job Summary: Join Countronics as an Embedded Software Engineer with around 1 year of experience. You will help develop firmware and embedded solutions for industrial instrumentation products. Youll work with microcontrollers (Microchip, STM32), design HMIs, and support IoT integration, contributing to the companys mission of building precise and reliable control instruments. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain firmware for Microchip and STM32 microcontrollerbased systems. Design and integrate HMI interfaces (e.g. DWIN displays) for instrumentation and control panels. Implement and maintain communication protocols: UART, SPI, I2C, RS485, Modbus, CAN . Work on IoT-based applications , including connectivity, cloud interfacing, data transmission, remote monitoring. Conduct debugging and hardware-software integration (using JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes). Assist in testing, validation, and calibration of control systems. Produce clear documentation for designs, firmware, integration steps, and test results. Cooperate with hardware, mechanical, and R&D teams to bring-up new products. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficiency in Embedded C / C++ . Experience working with Microchip (PIC/AVR) and STM32 microcontrollers. Experience or familiarity with HMI design/integration , especially DWIN or similar displays. Understanding of industrial communication protocols (RS485, Modbus, CAN, etc.). Exposure to IoT / connectivity (WiFi, Ethernet, MQTT, cloud) . Knowledge of RTOS or bare-metal firmware development . Experience with debugging tools and hardware bring-up. Basic version control experience (Git). Preferred / Nice-to-Have: Experience with PLC / SCADA systems or ability to interface with them. Knowledge of industrial wireless protocols (e.g. LoRa, NB-IoT). Understanding of industrial safety, reliability, and quality standards. Previous experience in instrumentation, control, or measurement domains.
