Job Summary

Lead student counselling and enrollment activities at PW Jhansi Vidyapeeth, focusing exclusively on JEE and NEET courses. Manage the counselling team, drive enrollments, and ensure achievement of admission targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the counselling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment targets.
• Guide students and parents regarding JEE and NEET courses, batches, and exam preparation programs.
• Drive enrollments through inbound and outbound calls, regular follow-ups, and personalized counselling.
• Train, mentor, and monitor counsellors to improve counselling quality and conversion rates.
• Understand students' academic backgrounds, learning needs, and career goals to recommend suitable JEE and NEET programs.
• Explain course structures, features, benefits, fees, and learning outcomes clearly.
• Handle escalations, objections, and complex queries from students and parents.
• Monitor team performance, lead conversion rates, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
• Ensure accurate lead management, reporting, and CRM updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.
• Stay updated on JEE and NEET exam patterns, syllabus changes, and relevant course offerings.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 4-8 years of experience in student counselling or educational sales.

• Mandatory team-handling and team-management experience.

• Prior experience in JEE and NEET counselling or sales is mandatory.

• Proven ability to lead a team, drive enrollments, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management, and performance reporting.
• Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
