Job Role & Responsibilities We are looking for a skilled WordPress Developer who can build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites while following basic SEO best practices. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with themes, plugins, and page builders, and understand how to structure websites for better search visibility. Key Responsibilities: Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites Customize themes and plugins to meet business requirements Build responsive, mobile-friendly web pages Manage WordPress core, theme, and plugin updates Ensure website performance, security, and speed optimization Fix bugs, layout issues, and functionality problems Implement basic on-page SEO best practices such as: SEO-friendly URLs and site structure Proper use of H1–H6 headings Meta titles and meta descriptions Image optimization and alt tags Internal linking Install and configure SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, or similar) Optimize page speed using caching, image compression, and performance plugins Ensure websites follow basic SEO and accessibility standards
