Job Summary The Studio Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure smooth workflow across teams, handle client relationships, coordinate shoots, and support the creative and production departments. Oversee daily studio operations, scheduling, and workflow management. 2. Manage equipment inventory, maintenance, and vendor relationships. 3. Coordinate end-to-end project timelines from pre-production to delivery. 4. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, editors, and stylists for seamless execution. 5. Lead client communication, manage expectations, and ensure smooth onboarding. 6. Prepare shoot logistics including set requirements, resources, and team allocation. 7. Supervise and mentor internal staff and freelancers, ensuring high performance and morale. 8. Assist with budgeting, invoicing, and tracking project-related expenses. 9. Support marketing efforts through coordination of social media content and studio promotions. 10. Maintain brand consistency, quality control, and overall client experience standards.
