Identify and implement continuous improvements in the video editing workflow, optimizing for speed and efficiency. Produce diverse content tailored for various audiences and platforms, from long-form narratives to engaging short-form snippets. Stay ahead of the curve, constantly keeping up-to-date with the latest video marketing trends, techniques, and technologies. Responsibilities: Masterfully edit both short- and long-form videos for Cosmo Media's website, YouTube channel, Facebook, and Instagram, ensuring native optimization for each platform. Take charge of video ideation and creation, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative concepts to every project. Ensure all videos meticulously meet the marketing team’s specifications, brand guidelines, and artistic vision. Flawlessly implement creative notes from stakeholders, transforming feedback into refined, impactful content. Deliver peerless digital experiences to our customers, captivating them with exceptional visuals and sound. Rigorously evaluate all projects for brand authenticity, ensuring every video is a true reflection of Cosmo Media. Work diligently on a Mac system, utilizing expertise in Final Cut Pro (FCP) and Adobe Photoshop as primary tools. Craft eye-catching thumbnails that drive engagement and clicks across all platforms. Apply basic audio enhancement techniques to ensure crystal-clear sound quality. Exhibit strong multitasking abilities, managing multiple projects concurrently while consistently meeting daily episode deadlines. Proven expertise in Final Cut Pro (FCP) and Adobe Photoshop is a MUST. Demonstrable experience in editing YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram video content, covering both long and short formats. Strong capacity to communicate effectively, collaborating seamlessly with production teams and stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring every frame and cut is precise and impactful.
