Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive/Accountant to manage our day-to-day accounting tasks. The ideal candidate will handle financial transactions, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily accounting entries and update ledgers in accounting software. Manage accounts payable and receivable, invoices, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and financial records on a regular basis. Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payment collections. Handle petty cash management. Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation of all financial transactions. Support management in budgeting and financial planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Proven experience in accounting or related role (1–3 years preferred). Knowledge of Tally ERP, Excel, and accounting principles. Understanding of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
