Talent Acquisition Specialist (Entry-Level)Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist with up to 1.5 years of experience in recruitment or HR. This role will support the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and helping the organization attract top talent. 🎯 Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives. Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations. Provide timely updates to candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process. Collaborate with HR team members on onboarding activities. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 0–1.5 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or internships in talent acquisition. Familiarity with job boards, LinkedIn, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
