Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: o Counsel students for different courses like cosmetology, dental, diet & nutrition. o Conduct face-to-face, telephonic, or virtual counselling. o Handle walk-in and scheduled inquiries effectively. o Assist students in the admission process including application, documentation, and fee payment. o Guide students through course selections and explain curriculum structure. o Achieve monthly admission/enrollment targets. o Follow up on leads from various sources (website, ads, referral). o Maintain student’s database and CRM software. o Help resolve academic or administrative issues of students. o Work closely with faculty to monitor student progress and attendance. o Advise students on career planning and job opportunities. o Help students understand the relevance of the course to their career goals. o Submit daily/weekly reports on inquiries, walk-ins, and registrations. o Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for hands-on and online courses. Key Skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & regional languages) • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills • Sales & customer-oriented approach • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM. Qualifications • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
