As a JavaScript Lead Developer, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in the design, development, and maintenance of applications using JavaScript and HTML. You will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects that involve integration with Tizen OS, a Linux-based OS widely used in smart TVs, wearables, and other IoT devices. We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with 6+ years of experience in JavaScript and web technologies. Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement complex web applications using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript framework (Angular). - Architect and build scalable, high-performance web applications, ensuring they are responsive and optimized for various devices and screen sizes. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and technical specifications. - Mentor junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow their technical skills and understanding of best practices. - Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues in JavaScript & HTML, and Tizen OS environments. - Leverage modern frameworks like ReactJS or AngularJS to build scalable front-end applications - Drive the adoption of modern software development practices, such as Agile methodologies, CI/CD, and Test-Driven Development (TDD). - Work with the team to integrate web applications with Tizen OS features, ensuring seamless operation on smart TVs, wearables, and IoT devices. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, particularly in web development and Tizen OS. Required Qualifications : - 6+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript and HTML. - In-depth knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. - Proven experience with modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and experience integrating with them. - Proficiency in version control systems, particularly Git. - Excellent debugging, problem-solving, and optimization skills. - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a focus on team leadership and mentoring. - Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX - Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around such issues - Familiarity with JavaScript module loaders, such as Require.js and AMD - Familiarity with front-end build tools, such as Grunt and Gulp.js - Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git / Mercurial / SVN - Good understanding of browser rendering behaviour and performance - Any one is having working knowledge of Tizen or WebOS App will be advantage.
